Air Fryer Puff Pastry Donuts with Vanilla Glaze & Edible Blossoms

Ingredients
For the Donuts:
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- All-purpose flour (for dusting)
For the Glaze:
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings:
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon crushed freeze-dried raspberries
- Edible sugar pearls or gold sprinkles
- Optional: dried edible flowers or petals
Method
Cut the Donuts:
- On a floured surface, unfold the puff pastry sheets.
- Use a 3-inch round cutter to make circles, and a 1-inch cutter to remove the center, forming donut shapes.
- Stack two rings together for extra puff and gently press to seal.
- Apply Egg Wash: Beat the egg with water and brush over the tops of the donuts for a golden finish.
Air Fry:
- Preheat your Beautiful™ 6-Quart Touchscreen Air Fryer to 350°F.
- Place donuts in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches as needed).
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Glaze & Decorate:
- Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Dip cooled donuts into the glaze and top with pistachios, raspberry bits, pearls, and floral touches.
- Let set for 10–15 minutes.
