Ingredients

For the Donuts:

  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • All-purpose flour (for dusting)

For the Glaze:

  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon crushed freeze-dried raspberries
  • Edible sugar pearls or gold sprinkles
  • Optional: dried edible flowers or petals

Method

Cut the Donuts:

  • On a floured surface, unfold the puff pastry sheets.
  • Use a 3-inch round cutter to make circles, and a 1-inch cutter to remove the center, forming donut shapes.
  • Stack two rings together for extra puff and gently press to seal.
  • Apply Egg Wash: Beat the egg with water and brush over the tops of the donuts for a golden finish.

Air Fry:

  • Preheat your Beautiful™ 6-Quart Touchscreen Air Fryer to 350°F.
  • Place donuts in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches as needed).
  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes or until puffed and golden.

Glaze & Decorate:

  • Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Dip cooled donuts into the glaze and top with pistachios, raspberry bits, pearls, and floral touches.
  • Let set for 10–15 minutes.
