Question: Wait 2 weeks to get machine first batch was churning and machine started making funny noise..i checked and the paddle was out the whole attempted to put back but it doesnt clip or click in place is that normal because even when i put the paddle in it doesnt clip or click in...is that normal? is mine faulty?

Question: Does the machine freeze the ice cream or do you have to freeze the bowl?
