This versatile set includes a deep 4.5qt square pan that’s perfect for broiling, sautéing, braising, roasting and boiling. It features our EverGood™ Ceramic Nonstick Coating that’s made without PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, lead and cadmium.   Also comes with a stainless-steel steam tray for steaming vegetables, meats, and fish, and a stainless-steel basket for straining and deep frying. Pan is oven safe up to 500°F (the lid up to 350°F).
