The coffee tastes just as Beautiful as the machine! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it does brew a little slow, but that’s not a deal breaker. Also, I haven’t quite figured out how to extend the keep warm time past 4 hours. I’m still learning but the instruction booklet is helpful!
hello, was wondering is the inside plastic or stainless steel? I am worried about plastics going onto my coffee. If it is plastic is the plastic like BPA free?

Hi Cassie, Press and hold the PROGRAM button for 1.5 seconds to set FUTURE BREW TIME. • Use the + and - buttons to adjust the time until the desired FUTURE BREW TIME has been selected. • Press the PROGRAM button to confirm the FUTURE BREW TIME has been set or wait 5 seconds to confirm the time. • The PROGRAM button will stay illuminated indicating that the coffee maker is now programmed for future brew. Hey! Can anyone tell me how to reset the filter light? I clean it and replaced the filter but now the filter light won’t shut off and I can’t find anywhere in the manual on how to reset it
Hi Katie, When the FILTER icon is illuminated on the control panel, it indicates that the charcoal filter needs to be replaced. To eliminate the FILTER icon, press SELECT until FILTER flashes. I have the same question as Tamela - the black plastic "cup" that holds the basket of ground coffee has a small spring and plunger held into place by a plastic (or silicone) washer. Mine came off in the dishwasher, and now I cannot use the coffee maker because of this dime-sized washer. Do you offer a replacement? Thank you!
