This versatile pan is great for sautéing, pan-frying, and searing vegetables, meat, and fish. Plus, it comes with integrated pour spouts and lid with a strainer built right in to minimize messy pours. It also features our EverGood™ Ceramic Nonstick Coating that’s made without PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead and cadmium. The pan and lid are oven safe to 500°F and compatible with all stovetops—including induction. While the pieces are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing.
